Overview
The domain of it's all about kc KIDS (IAAKCK) is owned and operated by VSquared Productions, Inc. (VSP) a Missouri based corporation.

IAAKCK is an online idea and resource service targeted and geared to parents and those persons over 18 years of age. Kids under 13 should not use this site. We do not collect personal information from users unless they register on our site. The only information we collect from users during the registration process is the users first name, adults e-mail address, member name, and password. We collect birth dates for contests that may be run from time to time in order to validate the ages of our users, including kids that may happen to use the site without parental permission. We do not collect any other personally identifiable information from during our registration process. See our Privacy Policy below for further information on "Guidelines Regarding Children."

By using this website or any of the VSP affiliated websites, you signify your agreement to the terms of service and conditions of the privacy statement. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, please do not use this website. Users of the IAAKCK website agree to receive information directly from IAAKCK and/or it's business providers, at several points within the website. The places include when a user completes a Finder form that matches a users request with those businesses that come the closest to having the products or services they are requesting or searching for. Second, when users elect to “register and login,” it gives users access to certain features and benefits of the website only available to registered users including notification e-mails, future newsletters and more. By becoming a registered user of the website, users agree to receive information directly from IAAKCK. Third, when users elect to send an e-mail directly to a business through the IAAKCK directory, they elect to receive e-mail from that business. And fourth, if a user chooses to participate in any contests, polls or surveys offered by IAAKCK, information will be collected and users agree to receive information from IAAKCK and those business that may be affiliated with the contest, poll etc. In all of these scenarios, users agree to receive information directly from the businesses involved until they choose to unsubscribe or opt out. If a user chooses to e-mails or contacts a specific business listed in the business directory, the user will need to unsubscribe with that particular business advertiser directly, as the correspondence is and exchange between the user and the business directly.

IAAKCK reserves the right, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this terms of service and privacy statement at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website or any of the VSP websites following the posting of any changes means that you agree to the new terms and conditions.

Advertising and Business Listing Information:
A business or its products and services listed on this site does not constitute in anyway an endorsement or recommendation by IAAKCK or its parent company. The businesses listed are strictly available resources to users or advertisers on IAAKCK.

IAAKCK is not responsible for any content on the websites or advertisements of individual businesses listed. Businesses listed are responsible for keeping their business listing information updated, current and accurate. If in doubt regarding the information in a businesses website or listing, users are encouraged to verify the information with the actual business advertiser.

Bargains, special offers and coupons listed on the site under a specific business listing are authorized, specified and controlled by the business advertiser only. Unless otherwise specified, all advertising of special deals, bargains and coupons that a specific business may offer is only valid until the expiration date or the sales ends as determined by the individual business.

IAAKCK reserves the right for any reason to refuse any advertiser or advertising content.

Finder Form Responses and Process:
Although every attempt will be made to respond to a user's request through the Finder form or through direct e-mail that a user may send to IAAKCK or to a specific business on the site, there is no obligation on the part of IAAKCK or the business providers to respond. In most cases the business recipient of the request will respond regardless if the user's request can be met. However, due to business work flow there may be times when a user may not receive a response. Businesses are encouraged to respond to users within 24 hours or as quickly as possible if they believe they have the products, services or information a user is requesting, but there are no guarantees or obligations by IAAKCK or the businesses to respond in this time frame or at all.

Opting Out or Unsubscribing to IAAKCK e-mail:
When registering as a user on this site you are agreeing to receive periodic information from IAAKCK. Information includes but is not limited to special offers, news about resources or business clients and advertisers, newsletters or upcoming events. Users may opt-out or unsubscribe at any time by sending an e-mail with the words “Remove” in the subject line to IAAKCK or go to the Contact Us section located on this website and send us your information to unsubscribe.

Throughout the website, IAAKCK offers articles, tips and ideas that are of interest to parents. The articles in most cases are written by contributing third party writers and do not reflect the opinions of IAAKCK or VSP.

VSP reserves the right to use, not use, edit, modify or change any article, tip or idea submitted for IAAKCK from users or authors unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the user or author and the offices of VSP.

Articles occasionally may feature a specific business. This type of article is a paid advertisement by the business itself as a part of their overall advertising package and is at the businesses discretion to participate. All articles, tips and ideas in the kid's health section of this site (Fixing Boo Boos) is strictly for informational or educational purposes only and is not intended as a recommendation by IAAKCK or VSP. Submission of Information and Ideas
We welcome ideas from IAAKCK users. Submission of any ideas including business listings, article topics and tips, upcoming events for the What‘s Happening section or any general ideas to IAAKCK is completely voluntary and is submitted solely at the users discretion. When submitting any ideas and information to IAAKCK, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions: 1) it's all about kc KIDS (IAAKCK), and/or parent company (VSP) are not obligated in any way to use or post any of the business listings, ideas, information or materials you submit 2) you acknowledge that IAAKCK and /or its parent company (VSP) has its own ideas, business partners and projects in development. Your idea may or may not be similar to ours, and any use by IAAKCK and/or its parent or sister companies of any similar idea may have come from an earlier source. Therefore, IAAKCK or VSP has no legal, financial or other obligation to you. No payment, fees, royalties or compensation pay of any type will be paid to you now or in the future for information submitted.

Hyperlinks to Other Web Sites:
The IAAKCK website may contain hyperlinks to our business clients or providers and other websites. Additionally, through marketing agreements with our business clients or other sponsors the IAAKCK logo may appear on other websites. Special Offers, Deals and Client Coupons:
VSP allows their business clients who participate on IAAKCK to post special deals, offerings and on-line coupons in multiple areas within the websites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or details of these special deals and offerings. This is the sole responsibility of the business client who has the special offer listed. VSP is not responsible for any claims resulting from these special offers, deals or coupons. If a consumer has a question or concern regarding a posted offer, deal or coupon, we recommend they first contact directly the business provider with the listing. If after contacting the business there still remains an issue, please contact us. Our resolution is solely to delete the offer from our website if it is outdated or miss stated.

Contests, Surveys & Polls:
From time to time, IAAKCK may offer or sponsor a contest that users can register to participate in. As a participant, IAAKCK will request information from users in conjunction with the contest. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and free to users. Therefore, users have a choice whether or not to disclose any information requested. The type of information requested may include but is not limited to basic contact information. This information will be used to notify the winners of their award or prizes.

Additionally, IAAKCK may ask for users opinions on various issues or topics through surveys and polls. Sometimes these surveys or polls maybe sponsored by a business client or advertiser. A poll or survey may ask for both personal and/or demographic information (zip code, age or gender, etc.) Users have a choice whether to participate in the survey or poll. This collected information is aggregated and used internally by IAAKCK or may be shared with its advertisers. Information is not provided to third party advertisers.

Newsletters:
IAAKCK does not currently offer an electronic newsletter. However, this is a benefit we hope to offer users in the near future. When the time comes that IAAKCK offers this benefit, registered users of the site will automatically receive a newsletter and other updates and information unless they elect to opt-out or unsubscribe to receiving this information. Additionally, visitors will be notified on the site of this opportunity and may elect to subscribe at that time as well. Any newsletters offered will be free and voluntary for the user.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

IAAKCK values your privacy and is committed to providing the highest levels of security in keeping your personal information confidential. IAAKCK does not collect unsolicited personal information on any user.

Generic Information Collection and Log File Use:
VSquared Productions, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected from users on the website of IAAKCK. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways that are different from what is disclosed in this statement. IAAKCK uses IP addresses and this generic information to analyze trends, administer and update the website, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order to evaluate the website and make periodic improvements. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Request for Personal Information and Use:
IAAKCK does not require users to provide personal information to access and browse the site. However, IAAKCK does request basic personal information from users on our Finder forms when searching for resources and businesses that may have specific products, services or information a user is seeking. In addition, we request information in other areas such as in the Contact Us section, when users elect to contact a business directly through e-mail, if they sign up for periodic contests or surveys that may be offered, or when submitting ideas or upcoming event information. The type of information requested can vary but primarily consists of name, phone numbers, mail address, and general information related to the particular section or scenario. This information is solely used by IAAKCK in order to respond directly to user's questions, comments, ideas, contest enrollment or request for information. In addition, business providers on the site must agree to use the information the same way in order to directly respond to the user's requests.

At the protection and privacy of IAAKCK website users, it is requested that no health or sensitive information of any kind be disclosed or be included in any e-mail or Finder form being submitted.

Guidelines Regarding Children:
We take the protection of children seriously. Therefore, children under the age of 18 years should not submit any personal information through this website without parental or legal guardian knowledge and consent. VSP does not monitor the age of its user audience nor knowingly collects information from children under the age of 18. Therefore, IAAKCK or its owners cannot be responsible for use of the site by any minor. We may amend or make noted changes to our policy regarding children use of the site without permission at any time. Parents should check back regularly for any changes.

Security:
Despite our efforts to guard against the loss or misuse of the information under our control, IAAKCK cannot guarantee that hackers cannot obtain information through deceptive means and obtain access to communications between the user and this website.

Change in Ownership:
In the event IAAKCK should ever change ownership VSP reserves the right to transfer information collected through this website to the new owners of the business.
